Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns may not be accepted after this period.
Return Shipping Costs:
- For defective or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping costs.
- For customer convenience: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Method:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund according to the original payment method.
- PayPal Payments:
- Credit Card: Refunded through your credit card company.
- PayPal Balance: Refunded to your PayPal account.
- No additional fees will be charged for refunds. However, any transaction fees incurred at the time of payment are non-refundable. - Cash on Delivery:
- Refunded to your designated bank account.
- Bank transfer fees will be covered by us for defective items, and by the customer for returns due to personal reasons.
Refund Processing Time:

Non-Returnable Items:
